The correct shade of blue for Beveren is the one in the middle! This was a big discussion at the Stockton fair last weekend. The one on the left, too dark and is American Blue, the one on the right is lilac like the Lilac breed. Since “light lavender blue” has been interpreted differently by each breeders personal preferences, we felt it’d be good to have a consensus on this color. Here it is. The one in the middle.
